A: Overnight is the usual approach, applied before bed. Follow the directions on the label.

A: One per foot if you are using both feet, or one sheet per night alternating feet.
Q4: Does it have a scent?
A: Yes, a natural earthy and woody scent from the bamboo and plant ingredients rather than an added perfume.

A: No. The sheets contain chitosan, which is shellfish-derived.
