Will it shrink my pores?
No product shrinks pores. Pore size is largely genetic. What this category does is affect how pores look, mainly by managing oil and hydrating the surrounding skin so the surface reads smoother.
Why does it feel cold?
Menthoxypropanediol is a cooling agent in the formula. The sensation is expected and settles as the serum absorbs.
Is it fragranced?
No. It is fragrance free, alcohol free and oil free
