Q:1 Why does the pH matter?
A: Skin sits naturally in a mildly acidic range. A toner at pH 5.5 is close to that, which is part of why it does not sting on skin that reacts to most things.
Q:2 What is Panthensoside?
A: It is the brand's name for the pairing of panthenol and madecassoside, the two ingredients doing most of the work in this formula.
Q:3 Is it really fragrance-free?
A: Yes. There is no parfum on the ingredient list and no essential oils either, which is worth noting since many products marketed as fragrance-free still contain scented plant oils.
Q:5 Can I use it as a pack?
A: Yes. Soak a cotton pad and leave it on a hot or irritated area for a few minutes. Some people keep the bottle in the fridge for this.
