Q1: Why does the HEIMISH All Clean Balm turn milky?
A: It is designed to change texture three times. It starts as a solid balm, melts into a silky oil on the skin, then emulsifies into a milk when you add water, which is what lets it rinse away so cleanly.
Q2: Does it contain fragrance?
A: Yes. It contains a blend of roughly ten essential oils including orange peel, lavender, geranium and bergamot, which gives it its herbal-floral scent. It is not a fragrance-free product.
Q3: Is it vegan?
A: Yes. Heimish states the All Clean Balm is a vegan formula.
Q4: Do I need a second cleanser afterward?
A: For makeup and sunscreen, a water-based second cleanse is recommended to finish the job properly.
Q5: How long does the 120ml jar last?
