Q1: How is a portable curler different from a full-size one?
A: It is smaller, so it fits in a handbag or makeup bag. The curling mechanism works the same way.
Q2: Do I use it before or after mascara?
A: Always before. Curling lashes that already have mascara on them can cause them to break.
Q3: Will it pinch?
A: A well-made curler closes evenly and should not pinch if positioned close to the lash line without touching the skin. Go slowly the first few times.
Q4: How do I clean it?
A: Wipe the pad and frame with a tissue after use, and clean off any mascara residue before it dries.
