Q1: How does the cat paw-shaped foam work?
A: The pump head is designed so that one firm press with an open palm releases the foam in a neatly formed paw shape. It is a simple idea that makes handwashing far more appealing, especially for children.
Q: Why is my foam not holding its shape?
A: Press with dry hands. If your palms are wet, the foam will not form properly. Also make sure you press firmly in one motion, and avoid pressing twice in a row.
Q: Will it dry out my hands?
A: Kao formulates it to be mildly acidic, close to the skin's natural pH, so hands feel soft and comfortable after washing rather than tight, which matters if you wash your hands often.
