1. How does the steam eye mask heat up?
It self-heats through a natural warming reaction when the packet is opened and exposed to air. No microwave, water, or electricity is needed, it warms on its own to a comfortable temperature of around 40°C.
2. How long does the warmth last?
The gentle warmth lasts for about 20 minutes, enough time to relax and unwind before it gradually cools.
3. What does the osmanthus scent smell like?
Osmanthus (kinmokusei) has a sweet, floral aroma with soft apricot and honey-like notes, delicate and calming.
4. Can I use it while sleeping?
No. It is designed for use while awake so you can remove it when you like. Do not use it while sleeping, and discard it after a single use.
5. How often can I use it?
You can use one whenever you would like to relax your tired-feeling eyes. Each mask is single-use, so use a fresh one each time.
