Q1: Is this product a cleansing oil?
A: No. It is an oil-free, water-based cleansing liquid designed to remove makeup and surface impurities. Unlike an oil-based makeup remover, its formula contains no added oils.
Q2: Can this cleansing liquid be used with eyelash extensions?
A: Yes. It is suitable for eyelash extensions attached using cyanoacrylate-based adhesive. The liquid should be applied gently along the direction of eyelash growth without sideways rubbing.
Q3: Does the product contain fragrance or alcohol?
A: The formula has no added fragrance but contains alcohol. It is also formulated without mineral oil, parabens, silicone and added colouring.
Q4: Is a second facial cleanse required after using this product?
A: No. The manufacturer states that a separate facial wash is unnecessary after the cleansing liquid has been thoroughly rinsed away.
Q5: Can this cleansing liquid be used with wet hands?
A: Yes. The formula can be applied with wet hands, although the manufacturer recommends removing excess water when the hands or face are very wet.
