What does 93% mean?
Snail secretion filtrate makes up 93% of the formula, which is why it is listed first rather than partway down.
How is it different from the Seoul 1988 essence?
The essence is a lighter, more watery step used earlier in the routine and carries snail mucin at 97%. The cream is the last step and adds emulsifiers, dimethicone and ectoin.
Is it heavy?
No. Despite the name it is a gel cream and absorbs quickly, which makes it usable under makeup.
Is it vegan?
No. Snail secretion filtrate is animal derived, though it is collected without harming the snails.
Is it fragranced?
No. There is no parfum and no artificial colourant in the formula.
Can I use it in the morning?
Yes. Follow it with sunscreen.
