Q1: How long does the fragrance last?
A: The scent typically lasts around 2 to 3 months, depending on the size of your room, ventilation, and how many reeds you use.
Q2: How do I make the scent stronger or softer?
A: Simply adjust the number of reeds. Use more reeds for a stronger scent, and fewer for a subtler one. Flipping the reeds also gives an immediate boost.
Q3: Does it need a flame or electricity?
A: No. It is a flameless, cordless reed diffuser. The rattan reeds draw the fragrance oil up naturally and release the scent into the air, so there is nothing to plug in or light.
Q4: Where should I place it?
A: Place it on a stable, protected surface away from direct sunlight and heat in the room you want to scent. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and entryways all work well.
Q5: Is it safe around children and pets?
