Q1: What surfaces can I use this mould remover gel on?
It is intended for hard bathroom surfaces such as ceramic tile, tile grout and silicone sealant. Do not use it on fabric, carpet, natural stone, wood, painted surfaces or metal fittings. If you are unsure about a surface, test a small hidden area first.
Q2: Why a gel instead of a spray?
Sprays run straight down a vertical silicone seam and end up on the floor. A gel holds its position on the seam, so it stays in contact with the stained area for the full dwell time.
Q3: Does the surface need to be dry first?
Yes. Wipe away standing water before applying. Water on the surface dilutes the gel and causes it to slide.
Q4: How do I remove the gel afterwards?
Rinse the area thoroughly with water, then wipe with a clean damp cloth. Keep the room ventilated until the smell has cleared.
Q5: Can I mix it with other bathroom cleaners?
No. Never mix household cleaning chemicals. Rinse the area thoroughly before using any other product on it.
