Q:1 Is this a pump bottle?
A: No. This is a refill pouch. You will need a Kirei Kirei foaming pump bottle to use it.
Q:2 How many refills do I get?
A: The 450 ml pouch holds more than the standard pump bottle, so it covers more than one refill.
Q:3 Why foaming rather than liquid?
A: The soap comes out already foamed, so it spreads across the hands straight away. That makes proper washing easier, particularly for children.
Q:4 Can I put it in a different bottle?
A: It is designed for a Kirei Kirei foaming bottle. A standard liquid pump will not produce foam, since the foaming action comes from the bottle mechanism rather than the soap.
Q:5 How do I refill the bottle?
A: Rinse and dry the empty bottle first, then cut the pouch along the marked line and pour slowly.
