Q1: Do I still need fabric softener?
No. The softener is built into this formula, which is the point of the product. Adding a separate softener on top is unnecessary.
Q2: What does Sweet Harmony smell like?
A soft fruity floral made with natural fruit oils. It is sweeter than a standard fresh-linen detergent and designed to still be noticeable when you wear the garment.
Q3: Can I use it in a front-loading machine?
Yes. It is suitable for both top-loading and front-loading machines.
Q4: How much should I use?
Use the cap to measure. Roughly 1 cap for a 6.0 kg load, 0.7 for 5.0 kg, 0.6 for 4.0 kg and 0.4 for 2.0 kg.
Q5: Is it safe for coloured clothes?
It contains no fluorescent brighteners, which is what makes it suitable for coloured and darker loads.
