Q1: How does it feel cool without alcohol?
A: Most cooling products use alcohol, which evaporates and takes warmth with it. This formula achieves the sensation without alcohol, which matters because alcohol is drying and can sting on sensitive skin.
Q2: Will it make my pores smaller?
A: No. Zero Pore is the name of the product line, not a description of what it does. Pore size is largely genetic and no cosmetic changes it. The mask affects how noticeable pores look, temporarily.
Q3: What is a Tencel sheet?
A: Tencel is a regenerated cellulose fibre. In a sheet mask it holds a lot of essence and drapes closely against the face, which keeps the formula in contact with the skin instead of pooling at the jaw.
Q4: How long should I leave it on?
A: Ten to twenty minutes. Remove it before the sheet starts to dry on your skin.
Q5: Can I keep it in the fridge?
A: Many people do, and it makes the cooling effect more pronounced. It is not necessary, since the cooling comes from the formula.
Q6: Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
A: The alcohol free formulation makes it a reasonable choice if alcohol based cooling products bother you. Patch test first if your skin is reactive.
