Q1: What is madecassoside?
A: A compound derived from centella asiatica, the ingredient better known as cica, used in Korean skincare to help skin feel comfortable.
Q2: How long does one treatment take?
A: About 15 minutes of wear, plus a couple of minutes to mix and apply. The paste firms up quickly, so it is spread on straight after mixing.
Q3: Is it messy?
A: The paste needs quick mixing and the right water level (the marked line in the bowl), and the set mask peels off in one piece.
Q4: Does it contain fragrance?
A: Yes. The ampoule lists juniper, patchouli, mugwort and rosemary leaf oils.
Q5: Which skin types is it made for?
A: Dry, oily, combination and normal skin, including skin that feels easily bothered.
