Q1: What is the difference between System 1 and System 2?
A: System 1 uses the spicule ampoule at 1,000 ppm and System 2 at 3,000 ppm.
Q2: Why does the first step tingle?
A: The spicules come from hydrolyzed sponge, and a mild tingling is normal as the ampoule is pressed in, according to the brand. If discomfort continues, the ampoule is rinsed off.
