Is this used internally?
No. It is an external wash for the outer intimate area only. Nothing in this product is intended for internal use, and internal cleansing is not recommended by healthcare professionals.
What does pH 5 mean here?
The skin of the external intimate area is naturally acidic. A cleanser formulated at around pH 5 is closer to that than ordinary soap, which is alkaline.
Does the mint sting?
The cooling comes from menthol and most people find it mild and refreshing. If you would rather skip it, the other variants in this range use the same base without menthol.
How often should I use it?
Once or twice a day as part of a normal shower routine is typical. More is not better.
Is it vegan?
No. The formula contains hydrolyzed collagen, which is animal-derived
