Q1: How many pods do I use per load?
A: One pod is enough for a standard load of roughly 2 to 6 kg. For heavily soiled or extra-large loads, use two.
Q2: Where do I put the pod?
A: Place it directly into the bottom of the empty drum before adding your clothes, never in the detergent drawer. This lets the outer film dissolve properly in the water.
Q3: What does 4D mean?
A: The pod has four separate chambers, each holding a different concentrated component: cleaning agents, stain-lifting ingredients, deodorizers, and softening components. They release together in the wash.
Q4: What does Premium Blossom smell like?
A: It is an elegant floral fragrance, soft and refined, and it lingers beautifully on clothes long after the wash.
Q5: Are they safe to store at home?
A: They must be stored well out of reach and sight of children and pets, in the original resealed pack. Handle them with dry hands only, and never cut or pierce a pod.
