Q: Where does the pod go?
A: Into the bottom of the empty drum before you add the laundry, not into the detergent drawer. This is the most common mistake with pod detergents.
Q: How many should I use?
A: One pod for 30 to 65L of water or 2 to 6kg of laundry. Two pods above that.
Q: Do I still need fabric softener?
A: No. The 4-in-1 formula includes softening ingredients, which is the main reason people switch to it.
Q: Do I need to cut it open?
A: No. The outer film dissolves during the wash, so the pod goes in whole.
