How do the SKIN1004 spot patches work? A:
They are hydrocolloid patches. Placed over a surfaced spot, the absorbent gel draws out oil and fluid while covering and protecting the area from external irritation and from picking. The patch turns white as it absorbs.
What kind of spots are they best for? A:
They work best on spots that have come to a head or are oozing (surfaced whiteheads or popped spots). They are not designed for deep, closed, or under-the-skin blemishes.
Are they discreet? Can I wear them with makeup? A:
Yes. They are ultra-thin and semi-transparent with a bevelled edge that blends in almost invisibly, and they are water-resistant, so you can wear them day or night, even under makeup.
How long do I leave one on? A:
Leave it on until it turns white with absorbed fluid, or for 6 to 8 hours, then replace it. Do not wear the same patch for more than 24 hours.
What are the two sizes for? A:
The pack includes 10mm and 12mm patches, so you can choose the best fit for each spot: smaller for tighter areas, larger for bigger blemishes.
