Q1: How deep is it?
Deep enough to cover the ankles rather than just the soles, which is the main thing that separates a proper foot bath from a shallow basin.
Q2: Does it heat the water?
No. There is no heating element or electrical part. You fill it from the tap at whatever temperature you want.
Q3: How small does it fold?
It collapses to a fraction of its filled height, which is the point of the design. It stores flat behind a door or under a bed.
Q4: Will it hold its shape when full?
Yes. The walls press out and stay rigid while filled, then collapse when you empty it.
Q5: How do I clean it?
Empty it, wipe it out and let it air dry completely before folding it away.
