A: It is designed to give the same moisturizing result with about half the usual amount of toner.
Q2: Are these pads 100% cotton?
A: No. They are made from pulp and rayon, with a soft, cotton-like feel.
Q3: Can I split the pads?
A: Yes. Each pad has a perforation so you can split it into two smaller pieces.
Q4: Can I use them as a lotion mask?
A: Yes. Soak a pad or half pad with toner and place it on the skin for a few minutes.
Q5: How many pads are in the pack?
A: There are 40 pads, or 80 pieces when split.
