Q1: Why do I have to shake this dalba serum before using it?
A: The formula separates into a plant oil layer and a serum layer. Shaking three to five times combines them so you get both in one application. If you skip the shake, you will mostly dispense one layer.
Q2: How is this different from the d'Alba spray serum?
A: The spray serum is a mist-format product applied by spraying. This one is a two-layer serum applied by pump, with a much higher oil content for a richer, dewier finish.
Q3: Does it feel greasy?
A: Once shaken, it applies as a lightweight fluid rather than a heavy oil. Two to three pumps is enough for the whole face.
Q4: Are there allergens I should know about?
A: Yes. It contains macadamia oil, so avoid it if you have a tree-nut allergy.
Q5: When should I use it?
A: Morning and evening after toner, before your moisturizer. Follow with sunscreen in the morning.
