How thin is the sheet?
It is 0.2 mm, which is noticeably thinner than a standard cotton sheet mask. It clings closely and feels light enough to move around in.
How often can I use it?
Once or twice a week suits most people. It is a hydrating step rather than an active treatment
Is it fragrance free?
The brand markets it as free of added parfum, but the formula does contain rosemary, grapefruit, geranium and tea tree oils, which carry their own scent. If you react to fragrance, treat it as a scented product.
Should I rinse afterwards?
No. Pat the remaining essence into the skin and follow with your moisturiser.
