Q1: How long does one sheet last?
A: Approximately 8 hours. The cooling builds gradually rather than arriving all at once, and the duration can be shorter depending on conditions.
Q2: What is the difference between the pink, blue and baby versions?
A: Netsusama is sold in different sizes and cooling levels. The pink version is the children's size at 50 x 130mm, intended for ages 2 and up. Adult and baby versions have their own sizing and guidance.
Q3: Do I need to refrigerate it first?
A: No. It works straight from the box. Refrigerating gives a cooler start if you prefer, but never put it in the freezer.
Q4: Can I cut it to size?
A: Yes. Scissors work fine if you need a smaller piece for a smaller area.
Q5: Can I reuse a sheet?
A: No. Each sheet is single use. Re-sticking repeatedly also weakens the adhesive.
