Q1: Do I need to plug it in?
A: No. Reed diffusers work by capillary action, so there is no heat, flame or electricity involved.
Q2: How do I make it stronger?
A: Add more reeds. To soften it, take some out. Flipping the reeds every week or two also refreshes the scent.
Q3: What size room does it suit?
A: Small to medium spaces such as a bathroom, entryway or bedroom rather than a large open-plan room.
Q4: Can I refill the bottle?
A: The Sawaday range includes refill bottles, so it is designed to be topped up. Fit fresh reeds when you refill, as old reeds clog over time.
Q5: Will it damage my shelf?
A: The oil can mark varnished wood, paint and plastics. Stand it on a coaster or tray.
