Q1: How is this different from detergent?
A: Detergent is diluted through a whole load. A stain remover is applied directly to the mark, so the cleaning power is concentrated where it is needed.
Q2: Which stains does it work on?
A: The everyday list: food, drink, oil and collar or cuff marks. Older, set stains are harder than fresh ones.
Q3: Can I use it on any fabric?
A: Test an inconspicuous area first. Delicates, silk, wool and leather need care, and some should go to a professional cleaner instead.
Q4: What if the stain is still there after washing?
A: Do not put the garment in a dryer. Heat sets a remaining stain. Repeat the treatment and wash again first.
Q5: Can I mix it with bleach?
A: No. Never mix cleaning products.
Q6: How soon should I treat a stain?
A: As soon as possible. Fresh marks come out far more easily than set ones, which is why keeping it beside the machine helps.
