ARIUL 7day Oil Paper Charcoal 80 sheets
Blotting paper solves a specific problem that powder cannot. By the middle of the day a combination or oily complexion has produced surface oil, and the instinct is to reach for powder. But powder added on top of oil does not remove the oil, it absorbs into it, and the result over several applications is a thick, cakey finish that looks worse than the shine did.
A blotting sheet does the opposite. Pressed against the skin it lifts the oil off and takes it away, leaving the makeup underneath where it is. If you then want powder, you are powdering clean skin rather than oily skin, which is why the finish is completely different.
These sheets are charcoal infused, from Ariul's 7 Days line, and come eighty to a pack in a slim case. Eighty is a working quantity: a sheet or two per touch up through a day means a pack covers a month or more of regular use. The format is designed to live in a pocket or the inside pocket of a handbag rather than in a bathroom cabinet.

● Powdering after blotting gives a far cleaner finish than powdering over oil
● Eighty sheets covers a month or more at a sheet or two per touch up
● The slim case fits in a trouser pocket or a handbag pocket
● Works on bare skin as well as over makeup
● No need to carry a compact or a brush for a quick touch up
1. Pull one sheet from the case. One is usually enough for the whole face.
2. Press the sheet gently against the oiliest areas, typically the forehead, the sides of the nose and the chin.
3. Hold it in place for a couple of seconds rather than wiping. Pressing lifts the oil, wiping drags your makeup around.
4. Move to a clean section of the sheet and repeat on the next area.
5. If you want to set your makeup afterward, apply powder now. You are powdering clean skin rather than oily skin, which is why this order matters.
6. Discard the sheet after use and close the case. Do not reuse a sheet.
Pulp Paper: Thin, soft and absorbent paper material used as the base.

A: Blot first, then powder if you want to. Powder applied over oil absorbs into it rather than removing it, which is what makes makeup look thick after several touch ups. Blotting takes the oil away, so any powder you apply afterward goes onto clean skin.
A: Not if you press rather than wipe. Pressing lifts oil off and leaves what is underneath in place. Wiping drags your makeup around, which is where the damage comes from.
A: Eighty, in a slim case.
A: Yes. It works the same way on bare skin.
A: Usually one. Press it on each oily area in turn, moving to a clean section of the sheet between areas.
