1. Wash your hands.

2. Open the wrapper and remove the pad.

3. Peel off the backing paper and place the pad in the centre of your underwear.

4. Fold the wings around and press to secure.

5. Change as needed. Wrap the used pad in its wrapper and throw it in the garbage. Do not flush.
