1.     Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them completely. Clean, dry skin lets the essence make proper contact.

2.     Cut along the marked line to open the booties, then slip one foot into each. Secure the adhesive tabs around your ankles so they stay in place.

3.     Sit down somewhere comfortable and stay reasonably still for twenty to thirty minutes. Do not walk around in them, as the booties are slippery.

4.     Remove the booties and rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water. Dry them fully.

5.     Wait. Peeling typically begins three to seven days later and continues over the following week or two.

6.     Do not pull, peel or pick at loose skin. Let it come away on its own, and moisturize your feet daily through the peeling period. Use one treatment at a time and leave several weeks between uses.
