1. Cleanse your skin, then apply your usual toner to prepare it. Leave the skin just damp.
2. Open one pouch, unfold the sheet and peel the protective film from both sides.
3. Lay the sheet over your face, aligning the eye and mouth openings, and smooth it outward from the centre. Avoid the immediate eye area.
4. Leave the mask on for ten to twenty minutes. Remove it before it begins to dry on the skin.
5. Take off the sheet and discard it, then pat the remaining essence into your face and neck until it absorbs.
6. Follow with a moisturiser. Use daily or several times a week.
