1.     Cleanse and tone your skin, then pat it until it is just damp.

2.     Open one pouch, unfold the sheet and remove the protective film from both sides.

3.     Lay the sheet over your face, matching up the eye and mouth openings, and smooth it outward from the centre so it sits flat.

4.     Leave the mask on for fifteen to twenty minutes. Do not leave it until it dries out on the skin.

5.     Remove the sheet and discard it. Pat the remaining essence into your face and neck until it absorbs.

6.     Follow with a moisturiser. Use daily or several times a week, in the evening or the morning.
