Press the centre to activate it and a scented film starts releasing a fresh lemon lime fragrance. It works on the strong smells that come from food scraps, fish and other kitchen waste. One unit lasts about 1 to 2 months, depending on the temperature and your bin size.

1. Clean and dry the spot where you'll attach it, such as the inside of the lid.

2. Press the centre of the container firmly to activate it.

3. Peel off the tape backing and stick it in place.

4. Replace after about 1 to 2 months.
