1. Cleanse and tone your skin so the mask sits on a fresh base.

2. Unfold the sheet, lay it evenly over your face and pull it upward for a snug fit around the eyes, nose and mouth.

3. Relax for 10 to 20 minutes, before the sheet dries out.

4. Remove the sheet and gently pat the leftover essence into your skin.

5. Follow with moisturizer, use two to three times a week, and apply sunscreen in the morning.

6. Use each sheet once, avoid the eye area and broken skin, stop use and consult a doctor if redness, swelling or itching appears, and store away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
