MEDIHEAL Derma Layer Hand Mask is a pack of five glove-style hand masks from the South Korean brand MEDIHEAL, part of its Derma Layer line. Each pair of gloves holds an essence made to moisturize dry, rough hands, and the gloves are worn for 10 to 20 minutes.

Shea butter, hydrogenated coconut oil, argan oil and jojoba oil sit alongside urea, ceramide NP, panthenol, adenosine and several forms of hyaluronic acid, with a herb blend of lavender, rosemary, chamomile, tea tree and peppermint. The remaining essence is patted in after removal, with no need to rinse. The formula contains fragrance, and hydrolyzed keratin is listed, an animal-derived ingredient.

1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands.

2. Tear along the perforation to separate the two gloves, then slip one hand into each glove.

3. Use the stickers to fasten the gloves around your wrists, and gently massage your hands.

4. Remove the gloves after 10 to 20 minutes and pat the remaining essence into the skin, with no need to rinse.

5. Use each pair once, avoid contact with the eyes, nose and mouth, and avoid applying over wounds.

6. Stop use and consult a specialist if redness, swelling or itching appears, protect treated skin from the sun with sunscreen, and store away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
