MOTONOZEN Single Sided Eyelid Tape S 72pcs
Motonozen's single sided eyelid tape creates the appearance of a crease by sitting inside the fold rather than by sticking two surfaces of skin together. That distinction is the whole difference between the single and double sided formats, and it matters in practice.
Double sided tape bonds the upper and lower parts of the lid to each other. It holds firmly, but it is also more visible when the eye is open and less forgiving if the placement is slightly off. Single sided tape adheres to the lid on one face only, tucks into the crease, and supports the fold from inside it. The result reads as more natural, and because only one surface is adhesive, repositioning is easier while you are learning.
The S size measures 16 x 2mm, which is the narrow option in the range and suited to a subtler result or to a smaller eye shape. The L size is 27 x 3mm for comparison. Seventy two pieces per pack is a working quantity rather than a sample.
A realistic note. Nobody gets this right on the first attempt. Finding the placement that works for your eye shape takes a few tries, and the sensible approach is to accept that the first several pieces are practice.

Made In
Japan
● Single sided adhesive supports the fold from inside the crease rather than binding two skin surfaces together, which reads as more natural
● Easier to reposition while you are learning, since only one face is adhesive
● The narrow 16 x 2mm S size suits a subtler result and smaller eye shapes
● Designed to stay invisible once the eye is open
● Holds through sweat and water for all day wear
● 72 pieces per pack allows for the practice the technique genuinely requires
1. Clean your eyelids thoroughly and let them dry completely. Any oil or residue will stop the tape adhering. Do this before applying eye makeup.
2. Find your natural crease by looking down into a mirror and gently lifting the lid with a spoolie or an applicator stick.
3. Lift one piece of tape from the sheet and position it along the crease line, adhesive side against the lid.
4. Press it gently into place and open your eye slowly to check the result. If the placement is wrong, lift it off carefully and try a fresh piece.
5. Once you have found the placement that works, note where it sits so you can repeat it. Apply eye makeup over the top if you wish.
6. Remove gently at the end of the day, taking the tape off rather than pulling at the skin. Use a fresh piece each time.

A: Seventy two.
A: Expect a few attempts. Finding the placement that suits your eye shape is the whole skill, and the high piece count in the pack exists because of that. Treat the first several as practice.
A: It is designed to sit inside the crease and stay invisible once positioned correctly. Placement is what determines this, which is why it takes practice.
