1. Cleanse your face and apply toner.

2. Before opening the sachet, gently rub it to distribute the essence throughout the sheet.

3. Unfold the mask and place it over your face, aligning it with the eye and mouth openings.

4. Smooth the sheet around your nose and jaw so it sits closely against your skin.

5. Leave the mask on for 20 to 30 minutes.

6. Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence into your skin until absorbed. Follow with moisturiser.
