1. After cleansing and toner, open the pouch and take out the two mask pieces.

2. Fit the lower piece to your face first, then the upper piece, so the mask sits closely on the skin.

3. Leave on for 20 to 40 minutes, or longer for intensive care. VT states it can also be worn overnight.

4. Remove the mask and massage the remaining essence into your skin until absorbed.

5. Follow with a moisturizer.

6. Do not use on broken skin, and stop use if a rash, swelling or itching appears.
