1.     Complete your morning skincare routine first.

2.     Shake the bottle well before use.

3.     Dispense a generous amount, enough to cover the face and neck properly rather than a thin layer.

4.     Apply evenly across the face and any other exposed skin, 15 minutes before sun exposure.

5.     Reapply at least every two hours, and more often after swimming, towelling or heavy sweating.

6.     Cleanse thoroughly at the end of the day to remove it fully.
