1.Cleanse the area around the spot and let it dry completely.    

2.Do not apply serum, oil or moisturizer to the spot first.    

3.Choose a patch slightly larger than the spot.    

4.Peel it from the sheet and press it down over the spot.    

5.Smooth the edges so the whole patch makes contact.    

6.Leave it in place for at least six hours, or overnight.    

7.Remove it once it has turned white, and apply a fresh one if needed.    

8.Reseal the pouch to keep the remaining patches clean.
