1.     Cleanse and tone your skin.

2.     Remove one mask from its pouch and unfold it.

3.     Lay the sheet across the face, lining up the eye and mouth openings.

4.     Smooth it down from the centre outwards.

5.     Leave it in place for 15 to 20 minutes.

6.     Remove the sheet and pat the remaining essence into the skin.

7.     Follow with moisturizer. There is no need to rinse.

8.     Use two to three times a week rather than daily.
