GOODAL Green Tangerine Vita C Toner is a 300 ml toner from the Green Tangerine Vita C line of the South Korean brand GOODAL. It is built around green tangerine extract, from tangerines grown on Jeju Island, paired with 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, a vitamin C derivative, and niacinamide.

Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, allantoin and fruit extracts of bilberry, sugarcane, orange, lemon and sugar maple are also in the formula. Bergamot, lemon peel, lavender, ylang-ylang and orange peel oils are listed, so the toner contains fragrance and has a citrus scent.
