1. Open the individual pouch, which starts the mask warming immediately, so use it right away.

2. Tear along the perforation to release the ear loops.

3. Place the mask over your closed eyes and hook the loops over your ears.

4. Keep your eyes closed throughout and rest for about 20 minutes while it stays warm.

5. Remove the mask straight away if it feels uncomfortable at any point, and dispose of it after use, as each mask is single use.
