Product Description
Rim blocks and in-cistern tablets both have drawbacks, and the stamp-on gel is Japan's answer to both. This Kobayashi toilet cleaner comes as three 7.5 g tubes, and the gel is pressed straight onto the porcelain inside the bowl where it stays put and releases cleaning ingredients with every flush.
The application is the clever part. You press the nozzle against the surface and squeeze, and the tube's internal design forms the gel into a flower-petal shape rather than a blob. It sits above the waterline, which is where limescale and discolouration usually start, and the cleaning and stain-preventing ingredients work on that area continuously. The rose scent is released as the toilet is flushed. The water in the bowl stays clear rather than turning blue.
One tube provides two applications and lasts around 10 days to 2 weeks, so three tubes cover roughly a month. Note that it is for ceramic toilet bowls only, not resin or other materials.
