1.     Wet your skin thoroughly with warm water.

2.     Dispense one or two pumps into your hands, or onto a loofah or bath sponge.

3.     Work into a lather, then massage over the body, paying attention to elbows, knees and ankles.

4.     Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

5.     Follow with a body lotion while the skin is still slightly damp.
