Laundrin built its name on the idea of laundry as wearable perfume, and the laundrin room diffuser applies the same thinking to a room. The bottle is shaped like a perfume flacon rather than a home fragrance product, which is why people leave it out on a console table rather than tucking it behind something.
No.7 is the seventh scent in the brand's history and its most complex. Bergamot, green notes and lemon peel open it; violet, muguet, orange flower and carnation form the heart; ylang ylang, sandalwood and amber sit underneath. The result reads elegant and unisex rather than sweet or floral-heavy.
The reeds are resin rather than rattan, which draws the oil faster and gives a stronger throw early on. One bottle scents a room for up to around three months, and refills are sold separately for the same vessel. As a laundrin diffuser it needs no heat, flame or power, and the matching No.7 fabric softener and fabric refresher let you run the scent through the whole house if you want to.
