1.     Shower and pat the skin dry, leaving it slightly damp.

2.     Dispense one or two pumps into your palm.

3.     Massage evenly over the body, working outward from the largest areas first.

4.     Concentrate a little extra on elbows, knees and shins.

5.     For a longer-lasting scent, apply to pulse points at the wrists and the base of the neck as well.

6.     Allow it to absorb for a minute before dressing.
