1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste.

2. Position the bristles at approximately 45° to the gumline and brush gently using small movements.

3. Don't press too hard.

4. Rinse the brush and store upright to dry.

5. Replace approximately every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or spread out.
