1. Wash and dry your feet.

2. Open the pack and cut along the top of each bootie.

3. Slip your feet into the booties and fasten them.

4. Sit and relax for about 20 minutes. Do not walk while wearing them, as the floor may get slippery.

5. Remove the booties and massage the remaining essence into your feet.

6. Do not use on cuts or irritated skin, and stop if irritation occurs.
