1.     Cleanse your face. Apply toner first if you normally use one.

2.     Take out one sheet and reseal the pouch immediately so the rest do not dry out.

3.     Unfold the mask and lay it over the face, lining it up with the eye and mouth openings.

4.     Smooth it down around the nose and jaw.

5.     Leave on for the time stated on the pack.

6.     Remove and pat the remaining essence into the skin. Follow with moisturiser.
